My biggest struggle with working out is making the time to just do it.
Lol. That sounds like a Nike ad.
But, really, workouts don't need to be long or super intense to be effective. My favorite workout this summer has been walking. I love it. Aside from the fitness benefits of walking, there is something so great about just being outside in the fresh air enjoying this beautiful world.
It's definitely therapy.
I have been looking to mix things up lately and (re) motivate myself to working out every single day. <<I've totally slacked of in that department the past few months>>
Time for a change.
I found this workout online today and did it tonight.
It was great!
[I did it at home and don't have a bar for the first 2 exercises, so I modified it by using 10 lb weights for the first one and doing normal push-ups (not on a ball) for the second. I still worked up a good sweat!]
I found it on the Women's Health website. There are other workouts on the same site and I will post them as I try them out. This one doesn't take very long but you get a lot of bang for your buck.
Enjoy!
