I have known Erica for over 8 years. She is such a good person and is truly beautiful inside and out.
She always has been.
She is such a hard worker and is always positive. She encourages the rest of us and always has a smile on her face.
I am lucky to have her as a friend.
It's so fun to see the progress she is making.

The saddest thing is that often times when a person is judged Beautiful or something similar it always goes back to their weight, well one of the awesome things about all of these ladies is that they all realize that Beauty is not from workouts, it is not from starving or being hard on ourselves, Beauty, True Beauty is inside :) and well a twinkle in your eyes never hurts, and Erica you have the "Twinkle in your Eyes" you always have! I am so glad that we all look at this as us getting healthier not prettier - because that is what matters and that is what the truth is!

ReplyDeleteI just feel bad for all of Erica's old clothes b/b now they will go to the thrift store and probably be worn by someone who spills mustard on their shirt all the time. sad sad sad.
