Erica is one of the most fantastic people alive.
She is such a hard worker and has the strength of a champion.
She definitely sets the mood for the whole team. She'll probably be mad at me for calling her the 'mother' of the team (she is much too young for that!) but she definitely has a lot of influence over all of us.
She's the best.
