So, since the giveaway was a complete bust, we are cutting our losses and moving forward. We will still choose a winner on Monday (s0 please, please leave us a funny or embarrassing workout story). The odds are pretty good at this point since there are a total of TWO comments.

I got the sweetest email from a co-worker/friend a few weeks ago that reminded me of the importance of encouraging each other.
It made my whole day, week and month. Please tell people the good things you notice about them. It encourages them to be better.
